Social story about Anger

  When I get Angry
  Sometimes I get angry. It is okay to get angry.
Sometimes when I am angry, I want to hurt someone. It is not okay to hurt anyone.
When I get angry, I need to take deep breaths.
I take 10 deep breaths.
Sometimes I feel better after taking deep breaths.
Sometimes I still feel angry, so I need to walk away and be alone.
When I am alone, I can do some stretches to relax.
It feels good not to be angry.
